I found the staff to be exceedingly rude. They interrupt when youre trying to talk or ask questions about scheduling. They refuse to let you speak to the doctors directly--may be policy (not sure). Nevertheless, given the nature of the clinic itself, one would think they could conduct themselves with a modicum of sensitivity, or at least professional distance. At every turn they give sarcasm and rudeness, however. Taking my business elsewhere.
