Totally Unsatisfied 12/1/2013

Spent over 2 hours in waiting room on several occasions to see Dr Schock. He did not spend more than 5 minutes examining and explaining things. Very rushed. His answers to questions were I won't know till I get in during surgery. Worst pain from any surgery I've ever experienced (including liver resection). Ended back in ER and admitted with no explanation of what went wrong. Errors in his notes from office visits about my physical history. Tests not preformed and results not available... lost. First experience needing a urologist and I now know what not to expect. No confidence that I got through treatment. Will not return and would not recommend Dr. Schock. more

Was kind enough to see me at the Tri-County Location 5/16/2006

Being that I couldn't get out to see him, Dr. Shock seen me at the Tri- County Urologist office in Warren, MI. He basically examined me physically and had me do some tests. Than his results would be sent to my family doctor for further review. These tests were very important and because of them I required surgery. He did an excellent job but I hated waiting to see him from the waiting room. more
