Excellent Service 6/12/2006

My husband and I recently relocated from the suburbs of NYC to Mentor, OH for work. We have had consistently good food, excellent wine, and impeccible service at The Sawyer House. While we have not been there during lunch hours (so I cannot vouch for that), the dinners we've had there rival some of the supposed "better" restaurants in NYC. more

A little boring 3/21/2006

When I went to the Sawyer House I definitley was not impressed. When I looked at the menu all I could think of is what I should order because nothing looked too appetizing to me at least. I ended up ordering a sandwich and soup. You can't really mess up on soup, so that was o.k. The sandwich tasted very bland. Prices were very high and I felt like the food and service wasn't worth it. more
