I just got my car serviced here and was surprised at the AMAZING service I received. I had been getting the run around at the dealer, they were trying to push me to get a bunch of stuff done and sell me everything under the sun but couldn't get me in right away ? they were booked out about a week. I was frustrated and in need of repair and not going to wait for the dealer to take my money! So I went here? I stumbled across Sandy Blvd Tire & Auto driving home that evening and it looked like a nice shop so I pulled in. I am really glad I stopped in, the gentleman at the counter (think his name was Brett?) was very friendly and professional and it felt more like he was out to help me, not out to make an extra buck. Needless to say, I got my car repaired here, actually the following morning. They did a full service, timing belt etc. Do not go to a dealer, these guys will take care of you! A shop you can trust 6/9/2009

Having just moved to Portland I was lost trying to find a mechanic I could trust. I have had too many bad experiences with poor quality and over charges....but I can not speak highly enough of the competence and trustworthiness of these guys. I got my chevy truck some new suspension and timing belt and they cut me a great deal on tires. I highly recommend this place more

Trustworthy business! 5/31/2009

My family recently moved from California and my wife needed her timing belt replaced on her Honda Accord. We were recommended by friends and we were so impressed with the fast, courteous service. We felt the price was fair and were very pleased with the work done on our car. We will recommend this place to everyone! more

Quick & Easy 5/30/2009

I originally took my car into the Sandy Blvd Tire & Auto center back in February after I was having issues with my car and someone recommended them. I wasn't sure about taking it anywhere but the dealer, but I am glad I did. My Honda had 150,000+ miles and was in need of some serious TLC... it ended up needing an engine service (new motor mount, belts etc.). I had never really done much in the way of that stuff, besides basic oil changes... Needless to say, the mechanics did a great job, it came out working great - like new. I even called the dealer afterward to get a quote to compare how much I did or did not save and let's just say I will not be taking it anywhere else! \r \r I have been back twice, once to get my brakes done, which I was again very pleased with the quality of work and then for an oil change. When I had the oil changed I made an appointment and took it in on my lunch hour and was in and out of there in no time.\r \r Every time I have been in I have received great custom more

I have used this business a number of times from brakes to auto repair. They Really Saved Our Bacon! 4/9/2009

My wife and I just moved to this area and we had a problem with the brakes on our Toyota late Friday afternoon. The brakes were locking up and making a growling sound. The manager Dave took care of everything. He got us a free loaner car and printed out a map so we could get back to our house because we were tired and stressed out.\r \r They fixed the car the next morning and everything is cool. The price was really fair and those guys have made us customers for life. more

Oil change, new tires 2/26/2008

I rec'd a flyer in the mail announcing the re-opening of this Goodyear store. I called and scheduled some maintenance and to discuss a set of new tires. I found everyone to be very accommodating and knowledgeable. I went in and talked with Dave and meet the new owners, Mark and Gordon. Nice guys and very excited about joining our neighborhood. They treated me to a latte next door while they worked on my car. more
