We had reservations, but waited 45 minutes for a table, the waitress was incredibly slow, food was mediocre. I will not return! more

We also bring visiting Pastors, all of whom were very impressed with the overall experience and the ambiance which reminds me of when I lived in London England. The servers that we have had do all that they can to make our visit a memorable one. Good Job!!! Pros: Good service, Atmosphere, Best steaks more

Wonderful Dining Experience 11/23/2003

Being the first time for my wife and I to visit, I found everything to be wonderful. From the first contact with the parking valet, to the wonderful hostess and servers, I found the dining experience a memorable one. Thank you Ruth's Chris Steak House staff for a wonderful dining experience. Pros: good food, reasonable prices, convenient parking Cons: none, none, none more

Overpriced Crap 6/30/2003

After hearing how great this place was and how delicious the steaks were, I was greatly disappointed. My steak was tough and tasteless and the service was horrible. It was like we were not even there. Also, my caesar salad was much to be desired with it being so small and when I asked if I could have some chicken on it the server said no, but said she would ask anyway. She never did and just brought my salad. Lastly, when we got the check I almost passed out! Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more

hard to swallow 1/13/2003

First, the steak is not that good. Second, the price is so high that you know you made a mistake in coming here after your first bite. A big piece of meat that is not flavorful is a real chore. OK, so out-of-towners have heard of it but come on, do yourself a favor and chose one of the local or regional houses like Hyde Park or John Q's. Cons: noisy, overpriced more

Ruth's Chris is pricey, but for what you get it's worth it! And remember the price is for a serving that feeds 2-3 people......duh! YOU CANNOT LEAVE WITHOUT TRYING THIER CREME BRULEEE! This was the first time I tried that dessert and I haven't had a better one since. The service as well as the sides are very good. Overrated and overpriced 7/8/2002

Outstanding service, high quality steak prepared very well. Side dishes and appetizers are vastly overpriced, ordinary at best. Would go to eat here if someone else is picking up the tab. Pros: Outstanding Service, Meat well Prepared Cons: Overpriced!!, Ordinary sides more
