Rusty Leaf is the worst contractor we have EVER used. His work was substandard and incomplete. For example, he installed outlets and left without checking to make sure they worked. Installed broken fixtures that WE gave him the money to buy. Made us pay for things with the promise of reimbursement, and have never been reimbursed. DO NOT USE HIM! Pros: we don't have to work with him anymore! Cons: we're stuck with broken fixtures, non-working outlets, and have never been reimbursed for paying for his expenses!! more

SUBSTANDARD CONTRACTOR - DO NOT USE RUSTY! 8/1/2008

This contractor is HORRIBLE. We will be referring Rusty to the BetterBusinessBureau next week. DO NOT HIRE HIM! Pros: nothing! Cons: substandard work, stuck customer with broken fixtures and doesn't pay bills more
