I have used Dan and Russell Chimney several times on our house, and can say nothing but positive things about them. Our chimney was the nesting grounds each year for a flock of birds, and they put on a custom-fit cap over the chimney. No more birds coming into the house! Next year, they came out and repaired some bricks that had fallen, flashing problems that was causing leaks, and mortar fixes- and they weather sealed the chimney. Quick turn-around, really good people. Clearly a business with integrity. more

great service 7/25/2008

I can't praise more highly. We got 4 bids from different chimney services on some work desperately needed on our chimney, and this company gave a great bid right away. The cost was well below the other bids, and so, when I called with questions, the guy helped me understand why the price was so low and the options I had. The guys who did the work were fun, polite, efficient, and cleaned up meticulously. The bid was exactly what I paid. Go with these guys. more

Chimney Repairs 5/10/2007

In need of work on my chimney, I used the yellow pages for contractors. Called Three. Russell Chimney responded immediately . One other did came and quoted,one wasn't available for at least a week ??? Russell was awarded the work and did a very fine job. Consideration for my property was taken before work started, work was completed in a timely fashion and the clean up left the property as they had found it and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Russell Chimney to quote your job. more

Poor service... 10/8/2006

Contacted company for quote on chimney repair, two and a half weeks before they stop by on a Sunday afternoon. I had recieved quotes and work was scheduled already. I would highly recommend NOT having them work for you. If it takes two weeks without any contact before they show up, how long and what type of work do they perform...POOR SERVICE more
