Route 110 Home Furnishings

This is our go to furniture store. Benny the owner is responsive, reliable, honest and knowledgeable.....and stocks top quality brands. Their prices are excellent, and we always find great items when we visit the well stocked showroom. We purchased two recliner sofas, a coffee table, bed frame, etc. And, if there are any issues, they stand behind the product and work to resolve satisfactorily. Highly recommend. more

I wanted to write in because I read some past letters posted online about One Ten Home Furnishings, and I disagree with the negative comments that others have written. When I first walked into the showroom I noticed right away that it is well maintained and organized beautifully. My salesperson, Neil, was very friendly and not pushy at all (I don’t like to be stalked while I shop!). He asked me a few questions about what I was shopping for, and I felt very comfortable with him. I made a purchase of a bedroom set for my 4 ½ year old daughter. It was a Stanley set that I was told would be delivered to me within 8-10 weeks. I received my call for delivery exactly during the timeframe and delivery was scheduled for a few days later. When the delivery people came, they were timely, as well as very professional and neat. A couple weeks later I was in need of a repair because the nightstand drawer was sticking. I called the store and spoke with Jennifer in Customer Service. I had a very pleasant conversation with her and she assured me that I would get a call within a few days from the service company to set up my repair appointment. She was right, I received my call and service was scheduled for the following week. Stan from the service company came to my home and adjusted my daughter’s nightstand. Everything is in perfect condition otherwise. My experience with One Ten Home Furnishings was a great one. I will be happy to recommend to my friends and family to shop in this furniture store. more

I went to One Ten home furnishings, the sales man Steven seemed nice, but things are deceiving I told him exactly what I needed and he showed me a sectional which I liked, I decided to purchase it, I gave him a down payment and he told me it will take 8 weeks because they make it in North Carolina, I went home and measured the living room and realized the sectional would not fit and i returned to the store the very next day to cancel my order and to see if there is something else, but there was nothing that interested me, he tells me that he cannot refund the charge because only the owner can authorize a charge return and the owner will be in tomorrow but it will be done. I told him i will be back tomorrow but soon as i got home i had a bad vibe so I called him back and asked him what is the owners name because i want to know who am i speaking with tomorrow and he now tells me that he forgot that the owner actually will not be in all week and that he will probably be in on the weekend or next week and once again tells me that the owner is the only one to authorize a charge return, but asked me for my credit card number so he can give it to the owner whenever he comes in, Are you kidding me? even a stationary store can reverse the charge to your credit card but I have to wait for the owner who was to be in tomorrow and now wont be in till the following week. Stay away from this store and RUN AWAY from these crooks. more

Had a great experience. Quality furniture at a great price. I bought a couch and a diningroom set from them at different times. Overall, I was very pleased with everything and I used them twice, just waiting for my special order chairs which should be in any day. more

We bought a piece at the tent sale outside of 110 Home Furnishings. They said they would call in the morning to tell when they would be arriving. It was getting later in the day and got nervous after reading a bunch of the negative reviews, but I'm happy to say the piece was delivered and everything worked out. 110 Home Furnishings said they weren't associated with the tent people, and we got a HUGE discount for the piece we bought. My wife and I would buy from them again. more

I have never shopped here, but after reading all these reviews I thought some of you guys might like to know that your opinions swayed at least one person, and I for one will never shop there! (I was reading these because I had plans on furnture shopping in that area tomorrow and I know one place I can definitely leave off my list!) more
