We were in a daze of course, because no one wants to get up with the house flooded. We called Rooter Man, and Joe came out at 3 AM to shut the water off. He returned at 7 AM to find the leak.
He made the review, found the leak in the floor, and jumped right into the repair. We contacted the insurance and started work that day. Through him we decided to reroute the pipes, because the situation could repeat itself. They rerouted most of the pipes through the attic.
Everything turned out to be wonderful. There is nothing wrong with it. There was one exterior pipe that we did not like the look of, so they rerouted it through a back room closet. It is not even noticeable. It really is so lovely.
Everyone at Rooter Man worked really hard and moved fast. They were there quickly and moved quickly. I have never seen anyone work so fast. They really were excellent, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They did a great job.
