The 2 young men who came to check out the septic system did a very good job. They were prompt and very efficient. They discovered an additional problem and returned the next day...

5 out of 5 Stars! Tyler was great!!! He came out and quickly took care of the problem. I then asked him to perform a check on the other bathrooms. He did some preventive maintenance at my request very quickly. Tyler is very professional, courteous and he knows his stuff! I highly recommend Tyler and Rooterman/Thomson. more

Virgil repaired my two toilets (one leaking and the other was on the brink of leaking), and the office staff squeezed my appointment in on a Friday afternoon. Jeremy very professional and cleared shower drain in less than half hour. Amanda at office made appointment and followed up to let me know Jeremy was on the way. Total time from making appointment to final completion of project was less than 3 hours! more

Plumber Repair 4/23/2017

I called early Sunday morning with a major water leak. Rooter Man responded promptly, and repairs were completed within 3 hours of my initial call. Because of the Sunday call costs were high, but worth it. more

Discovering faults with commercial grease trap 1/24/2017

Two experienced men visited our site and discovered broken equipment that was supposed to have been replaced 6 months earlier. They cleaned the trap and cleaned the lines and took pictures of the faulty equipment. They spent time to explain why the equipment failed. Very professional. more

George did a great job at a large sewage blockage that occurred on our property. He was prompt, efficient and even stayed late to finish the job because it was more intensive than originally planned. more
