Diners beware!!! Do not dine at this restaurant unless you enjoy receiving a bill at least 2 times higher than what is listed on their menu price. On our first time to the restaurant, the waitress proclaimed they were known for their "" signature baja buckets"". I can see why.. A""baja bucket"" which is advertised to build it as you like by choosing any 4 items, is listed at $12.95. With the $12.95 bucket, you get a bucket with paper then get to eat all the beans and rice along with all the salad you can eat ( at their less than average salad bar which consists of lettuce + dressing+ stale croutons) The menu also lists ONE "" add $"" for the item you select for your bucket. I ordered the King Crab which was listed at ""add $4.95"" and my boyfriend ordered the ribs which was listed at "" add $3.95"". No where did the menu say "" add per each or X4 "" and at not time was this explained to us. Any reasonable person would tally this up at approx $35.00 ( + tax, tip, beverage) When we got our bill ( for over $75.00), they had charged us $4.95 X4 - 1 time for EACH one of my 4 crab legs and $3.95 X4 for EACH one of his 4 ribs ( on top of our $12.95 each for beans & rice). Needless to say we were stunned when we got our bill of $75.00 for food alone ( which by the way is comprable to the quality of a Chilis) The manager and staff told us that customers are ""confused more often than not"" by this. After having to argue with the manager, he adjusted out bill, but was sure to tell us that "" he lost money on this tonight"". If you decide to dine here, which I do not recommend, be sure to come prepared to pay 4X for what is advertised on their menu price for bucket items ( which by the way they do not conveniently list on their web site). At least you'll know that a bucket of paper , plus beans, rice & salad is going to cost you $12.95 and EACH one item ...crab leg, rib, each chicken wing ... whatever you order for your bucket ... is an additional $3.95- $4.95 X 4 for your bucket.
