Outstanding Service 10/9/2011

Called Rocket Garage Door Service on Friday 10/7, on a recommendation from a friend that has utilized Rocket before. Talked to Tom, who told me that he would be at my home at 1PM. Tom called me at 12:30 to let me know he was on the way...once at our home Tom explained the problem, and all the safety proceedures concerning our door, and gave us a very fair price. He completed the job that very same visit, which included a complete inspection of our garage door system. We will recommend Rocket Garage Door Service to all our neighbors and friends. more

Rocket to the Rescue! 9/4/2011

Closing the garage Saturday night and heard the loud snap that turned out to be a broken spring. Called Rocket on Sunday morning, spoke with Tommy, who had questions and offered great information. Told me when he would be there and was. Did a great job of explaining the options and associated costs. Got to work immediately and made short order of the job, all the while educating my son and I on the materials and operation. Pricing was very fair and work completed timely. Great service! very methodical and efficient no wasted movement. Explained everything in detail and even gives you several options to save money. Great Service at a price that can't be beat. Very punctual, gives you a call to give you ETA, no such thing as between 12--3,3-6 etc etc.Hope Tom stays in business forever.Cant wait to refer this company to friends and relatives.No doubt will secure his service again if needs arises.Well Done Tom!! more

Secured a Returning Customer 8/21/2011

When I looked up reviews on Rocket I thought that I couldn't go wrong. After meeting Tom I've pretty much set that idea in stone. He was very informative while working if you're willing to listen. The price was extremely fair, especially for a Sunday evening -no additional fees were added for those circumstances-. The work was superb; he was very quick and thorough. Very relaxed individual if you get him talking. If anything ever goes awry with my garage door again, I'm calling Tom first. more

Excellent Work at a Good Price 8/19/2011

My garage door was sagging in the middle and needed some struts. I called around and Rocket had the best price by far. He has really good cash discounts so I highly recommend that you go that route. Once he arrived he explained all my options in great detail. There wasn't any pressure or up-sell and he made it clear that If I didn't decide to have anything done he'd be on his way and I would owe nothing (no service call fee). He did an excellent job repairing my door. It's quieter than it ever was, even when new. more

THRILLED to have Rocket Garage Door Service in my directory! 8/5/2011

My first experience with Rocket was when my son accidentally bent the garage door track when he was learning to back out of the garage. I called, got an extremely reasonable price for the track, was able to go pick it up & all without getting the speech about the benefits of having a professional replace the track! Loved that. My second experience was when our garage door spring broke one night. I called the next day and the gentleman was here within a couple of hours. He took the time to explain the product & the process, which I appreciated greatly. It took less than 30 minutes to get that spring up & working beautifully!! I'm telling you, folks, this guy knows what he is doing & he is extremely reasonable. I appreciate a repairman who doesn't try to take advantage of a customer's dire situation. more

Great Service at Great pricing 8/1/2011

Met Tom in the middle of the street picking up contents of his tool box which had fallen out of his trailer. He followed me to my house to assess the issues with my garage door opener, after checking it out and making a few adjustments to get me though until I could get a new opener (this was a Sunday morning). The following week I picked up a new opener and had him come back on a Saturday, he was prompt, efficent, and very courteous. He installed the new opener and adjusted the spings and the door to insure proper operation. I will not hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone I know who needs garage door help. more

My garage door was tearing itself apart - the spring was broken, and if I didn't get it fixed right away, I potentially would have had to have the opener replaced along with the spring and the entire garage door. Rocket Garage Door Service to the rescue!!! Tom returned my call personally and was able to come out and perform the service the same day - nothing short of amazing!!! Tom assessed the situation and gave me his honest opinion on my garage door. He informed me of additional things that I could do, but without any pressure. His rates are very competitive, he goes above and beyond to make certain that you are not only a repeat customer, but one you will tell your friends about. Rocket Garage Door Service is in it for the long haul and customer satisfaction is clearly highest on their list!!! Exceptional service at a fair price 6/26/2011

I was trying a DIY adjustment on my garage door when I ran into trouble. On a Sunday. I figured I was going to pay for this in a big way. I contacted a Garage Door repair company but they were not able to get to me, but they gave Tom of Rocket Garage Door my number and he called me back saying he would be happy to make me his next stop! Tom is personable, very knowledgeable and very fair and straight in his professional dealings. He had my door back on track, adjusted the spring tension, limiters and safety features in in less than an hour and the price was very fair. I highly recommend Tom and Rocket Garage Door Service! more

I called Tom at 11 am and he was at my house at 3:30 pm that afternoon fixing my door. He apologized for taking so long to fit me in, I think getting there in 4 hours is pretty quick! He was professional, reasonably priced and very efficient. I would definitely use Rocket Garage Door again. more

Never Better! 5/21/2011

Tom was wonderful. My garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to come out immediately and fix it. This garage door has never been so quiet once he replace the rollers that had come off track. He has a lifetime warranty on everything he does. I will never use any other company for my garage door. When my neighbor heard the garage door break he told me about Tom! Lucky me! more

Great Service, Awesome Price! 5/19/2011

I highly recommend Rocket Garage Door Service. My garage door came off of the tracks and I was sure that i was going to get gouged by a ""Commerical"" company. I search online and found Tom's website. Once I called and told him my issue, he quoted the work right on the spot. It took no more than an hour to completely fix my garage door. Awesome, efficient work I will definitely recommond Tom to my friends. more

Honest & Fast Service 5/10/2011

My garage door spring broke so I called Tom with Rocket Garage Door Service at 9:30pm who quoted me a price right over the phone. He was there shortly after and fixed my door in 30 minutes, I paid exactly what he quoted me over the phone, no hidden fees. I highly recommend using Rocket Garage Door Service if you want honest and fast service! I will use this company again and will recommend it to everyone I know. more

Tom responded very quickly to my call for help with a broken garage door spring - probably less that 1/2 hour from my original call. He did a very good job and the price was reasonable with a good warranty on the labor and parts. Highly recommended! more

Quick, excellent service at a very fair price 4/23/2011

Tom is a good guy, I highly recommend. I called him in the early morning on Saturday, he come to my house half hour after. He fixed my garage door in about an hour at a very reasonable price. He explained everything to me, and showed me the entire safety feature, something I even did not know before. and even lubed my door without any additional charge. If you are looking for someone to fix your garage, just give Tom a call, he is the best! more

Quick, excellent service at a very fair price 4/18/2011

I called Rocket Garage Door Service based on positive reviews on Google and they were right. I called Tom around 4:15pm on Saturday afternoon, and he was at my home by 5:20pm that same afternoon. He looked at my door and gave me options - including the option of saying ""no, thank you"" (at no cost to me). He explained thouroughly and once I agreed to the work, he began working immediately, having all parts needed for the job on his trailer. He wrapped up door #1 and then took a look at door #2 (completely different issue). Again, he gave me options. I agreed to one of them and he began immediately. He was wrapped up within a couple hours leaving me with two fully functional garage doors - one of them with lifetime warranties on the parts he installed. more
