I recently purchased an SRX from Ritchey Cadillac and love it.\r I traded in a Lexus Hybrid and thought I might be a little unhappy about my purchase, but this was not the case. I enjoy driving my new SRX and get many compliments on it.\r \r My salesman, Glenn Clifton, was very professional and knowledgable about the vehicle. Best Buying Experience Ever! 3/4/2010

We just bought a 2010 Buick LaCrosse from Sonny Fussell at Ritchey Cadillac. What a positive experience it was! Buying an automobile can be a little trying at best but this buying experience could not have been any better. Sonny is the consummate professional. Not only was the paperwork a breeze but he spent probably 30 minutes going over the car with us, item by item, to be sure we understood everything. After the purchase was complete, he even called a few days later to follow up and see how we were enjoying the car. Hats off to Ritchey Cadillac and Sonny Fussell! more

I'm happy! 2/25/2010

I have never found buying a new vehicle particularly fun, but your sales rep, Glen Clifton made it interesting and fun. This man has a great personality, and went out of his way to make our visit both productive and enjoyable. He really went the extra mile to get a great deal. So the end result was that though we came to look, we ended up with a new car. Our Buick Lacrosse is great,We have had people give us a 2 thumbs up and stop us to ask if we liked it. I love the color Mocha Steel. Thanks for a great experience. more

Great Tire Prices! 1/25/2010

I needed new tires on my SUV and happened to be at Ritchey Cadillac, so I asked if they could give me a price. To my suprise they were actually LESS than the tire superstore I had planned on purchasing from, and their price included everything, no add-ons. I know if I have any problems with them the guys at Ritchey will be there to stand behind them.\r Bruce Dorph, the service advisor was so helpful. I will be back. more

Best Dealership and Sales Associate 1/22/2010

I think Ritchey Cadillac is the best dealership around, and I also think Alan Behnke is the best salesman around! I have bought two Cadillacs from Alan, and they were the best car buying experiences I ever had. Alan is very knowledgeable, and very professional, and he is kind and considerate. He never pressures you, and makes sure you are completely satisfied, before you leave. Also, when you bring your car in for service, Alan always makes sure you are well taken care of. I don`t want to even think about buying a car, without Alan. more

Ritchey Cadillac is where I found an almost new used car 1/1/2010

I purchased a Lincoln from Alan Behnke at Ritchey Cadillac because Ritchey Autos has the best used cars. They have alot of trades that have barely been used. Alan provided me with a carfax for my Lincoln, it checked out perfect. He shared the service record from the previous owner, this information was very helpful to me. My Lincoln Town Car Signature Series with 16000 miles looked like it should be on the showroom floor. I have been completely satisfied with my purchase, but the reason I decided to post a comment is because I felt very comfortable purchasing a car from Alan Behnke, he is fair and professional. I recommend anyone looking to buy a used car that is nearly new to request to deal with Alan Behnke at Ritchey Cadillac Buick GMC. more

Bob Marks made shopping for my new vehicle an absolutely delightful experience! I recently purchased a 2009 Cadillac CTS (my first-ever solo car buying experience) and Bob treated me with extreme professionalism, was very knowledgable and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my vehicle purchase. He also walked me through all the instructions and car features to make sure that I was totally comfortable and familiar with my new vehicle before I drove it off the lot.
