We contracted with the owner to build a simple garden fence. He could not build a basic rectangular fence as agreed upon to our written agreement and detailed specs.\r

After 2 on-site visits we decided to pay an in-person visit to collect the remaining materials and construct the fence on our own. \r

As of this weekend (July 18, 2009) we disassembled the entire fence and tilted arbor/gate, and are in the process of remaking the entire project. \r

What a waste of money to pay this guy a dime for construction or installation. If he had one ounce of conscience he would have refunded the installation fee but sadly he has no interest in customer satisfaction. Buyer beware!!\r

PS - I wish that I could have given this rating zero stars!
Cons: Owner does not care about quality construction or service.
