Called Rescue Rooter for a clogged kitchen sink drain and they had Stetson, a service technician, out to the house in about an hour. He was very professional and explained our options to us. He got the drain unclogged quickly. I will call and ask for him in the future if necessary. more

After beginning a remodel of my bathroom and attempting to place a toilet four times, I called Rescue Rooter as I kept spotting leaks. Rescue Rooter was quick to offer their services and are the best I have ever dealt with in meeting the times that they agreed to and not charging just to come out and look. Tyler was a fantastic plumber. He tried several options to install the toilet that would save me money but after calling him back two times, he came back and gave me a good price on a flange replacement. He was efficient, friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I had to call him back three times and each time he was at my house within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and once we were sure the problem had been solved, he even caulked around the toilet for me for free. I had to spend a decent amount of money on something that I didn't think I would have to. But it was an old house with a very old flange and after speaking with Tyler and him explaining what was wrong I felt better about the cost. Rescue Rooter still had a better price than most. As I have an old house and it is inevitable that something else will go wrong, I have Rescue Rooter's card on my fridge to call when I need them. I cannot speak highly enough of Rescue Rooter and especially Tyler for all of his hard work, expertise, and cheerful demeanor. That kind of service is hard to find. more

Dan Likens and his work crew worked tirelessly late into the night to give us the ability to use the sewer until they could get back on Monday to complete the repair project. They completed the digging of a 10' deep trench in the garage to access the tree root problem, repaired the line, back filled the trench all in 7 hours. Cement repair was completed the next morning. They were very professional and dedicated. more

We had a plugged drain pipe in our basement and Stetson Pierce was very informative and fixed the issue for us. He also educated us on what did cause the issue and how to help prevent this in the future. He also went the extra mile to make sure all pipes were cleared not just the plugged one. Russell came and walked me through my house and pointed out some maintenance plumbing issues I may like to take care of. He was polite, courteous and efficient. Right after he got here I needed to go pick up my daughters from school. By the time I got back he was finished snaking my kitchen drain, excellent job.
