Ragsdale Heating, Air and Plumbing provide TOP NOTCH customer service. The service techs arrive on time. When you ask for options they give a full range of options instead of only the highest priced options like many of their competitors do. Their work is guaranteed. If you ever have a question or concern you can ACTUALLY TALK to the OWNER - Mr. Ragsdale. This is a huge plus!!! I will only contact Ragsdale Heating, Air & Plumbing for my home.In the past I have dealt with one of their well advertised competitors and I ended up having to call Ragsdale to fix the mess the other company created. Ragsdale is honest, dependable and their technicians are experienced! A+++++ more

We have never had a bad experience with any employee we have dealt with in our home or on the phone. Ragsdale has installed our new systems and maintained our old for many years of satifaction. more

Michael came to do service at our house. As always he was very courteous. He explains what he is doing and answers any questions you may have as well as he can. We are very pleased with Ragsdale's service and have not had any bad experiences with them. We definitely recommend them and will continue to use them. more

Ragsdale installed my heating and air when Ibuilt my house 101/2 years ago. The coil went out on my Trane and after much consultation I decided to replace the unit. The entire experience went well. Chris Haralson was the consultant and he was outstanding. Not only did he honor the discount he proposed in September, he discussed 12 month interest free financing and walked me through everything. The techs, Brent and Jacob, were also outstanding. They were on time and completed the job in 3 hours. They removed all debris. I havealot of landscape in the area where the replacement needed to become. They were extremely cafeful and ion one week you can't even tell they were there!This company is a 10. Excellent and professional customer service!!!! more

This was the first time to use Ragsdale. They were recommended by a friend here in Fairfield Plantation. \r My 3 ton heat pump quit working on my house. Steven Smith diagnosed the problem and in the process checked all of the components in my system. This unit was 14 years old. \r The part was ordered and he returned several days later, installed it, cleaned the system and did a very professional and thorough job and I highly recommend him. more

A Great Company! 3/23/2010

I have been a Ragsdale Heating and Air customer for the past 10 years. It is always a pleasure to have their service technicians come to my home. They are always very respectful, and knowledgeable about any questions I may ask. I really like that I can call as late as 6:30pm and a real person answers the phone. Scheduling calls 6 days a week is very helpful too, it means I don't always have to leave work early during the week to have my system maintained. I had a new system installed last year, I was well pleased from start to finish! I would recommend Ragsdale Heating and Air to anyone. Pros: Flexible work hours, Friendly honest people more

The Best 3/11/2010

I would recommend this company to anyone. My first encounter with Ragsdale Heating was when I called them for a second opinion from a company we had dealt with before. This company was trying to charge me about $500 to repair our unit. Ragsdale came in assessed the repairs and found it to be something really minor...less than a hundred dollars. I have used them a few times over the years and would recommend putting them on your A-List. more

Recently, I had my HVAC system replaced and there was only one choice to make. When I lay out thousands of dollars on something, it had better be right...from start to finish. Pros: Professional, great value for my money Cons: I didn't know them sooner more

I was a little hesitant to use them because their price was the lowest. They surprised me. The installers were very knowledgeable. After the install, a manager called me to ask how I felt about the job they did. On a warranty call to my house, the technician came out immediately and was thrilled to help even though it was not a pay call. Spending money to fix something is never fun but a company that makes you fell like you got your money worth is priceless. I most definitely recommend Ragsdale. more

I had them come out and look at my house and they used scare tactics on my wife and quoted not needed repairs for extreme amounts of money. Try a smaller company with less over head. more

Great service! 11/17/2005

Our builder used this company when we built our house 3 years ago. They came out quickly and did a great job installing our heat pump. We even had a small problem with the thermostat after we moved in and they came out free of charge with no hassles! Their technicians are nice and neat too! Definitely worth a call! more
