Cheapest tailor in SF - nice quality too 12/13/2002

Rafael, situated conveniently next to Boogaloo's on 22nd, will hem your pants for 7 bucks. At 5'6"" I can't buy pants off the shelf, so I take 'em to Rafael. He does a nice job and never takes more than a few hours. Note that he only accepts cash. Pros: cheap price, decent quality, convenient location Cons: only takes cash more
