When I lived here it was okay. The grounds for the most part were clean, the parking was okay, the laundry room is large and was open during decent hours. The rent was good for the apartment you were renting. There were however, a lot of stray cats. There was also a lot of illegal activity going on in the units along Mead Avenue - I don't know if they've cleaned it up in the last 3 years. Management was decent, but now the hours are really screwy and only benefit management. They've remade the place by fixing the sagging buildings, and replacing alot of the windows and doors.
You do want to watch out for the little old lady named Shar. She will be up in your **** so fast the flies won't have time to beat her to it. And it WILL get around. She was the groundskeeper/""sheriff"" at the time, don't know if she still is or not.
The pool is nicely kept, but there are WAY TOO MANY residents to actually enjoy it in the summer time.
