Had knee replacement and this company was sending technician to draw blood for coumadin levels, twice a week. Office staff was rude, and treated me as if I was senile when I questioned where the tech was (tech said I was not home, I just had surgery!) Other time, took blood sample and only filled vile 1/4 full. Needless to say the sample could not be processed..
