My experience at Pro Auto Care was a highly refreshing experience.The employees are professional,courteous,and caring and treated me with respect.They took the time to explain the repairs I needed at the time and provided me with estimates that need to be addressed in the future.Then a few days later Peter contacted me to follow up on the work performed to make sure I was satisfied.Clearly unusual for the auto repair business.My vehicles won't be serviced anywhere else.Job well done Pro Auto Care keep up the great work. more

I don't know much about cars...but I know when I pay for a service...I expect the service to be completed.\r \r They basically half-a$$ed a fix, then wanted to charge me again to fix the originally problem.\r \r Very shaddy...and very shoddy work.\r \r Drive down the road about 1/2 mile to find some better work. Pros: Not one in the place. Cons: Originally told me $85...quickly turned into $490. more

PROAUTO NOT so PRO I have a bad experience With Pro-Auto on sheldon rd....They are not so PRO...They Scammed the insurance Company. They received over $2300 from car Body repair. and the car looked great. took it home and noticed the Check engine light was on called then that same day and they said that it was not related to the body work (BS) Then they told me that they can do a test . so they did..$114 later the insurance said that it was not related to the accident...So I was out $114. later 2 month later when I was checking under my hood noticed that the grill was not new..and it was cracked...called then again and they told me some BS story that it must have happen after all the repairs were completed. They are a bunch of NOT SO PRO people...the work is not good work at ALL Cons: NOT SO PRO more

Prices change between whom you talk with; they rarely call when your vehicle is completed; ""other"" things may be repaired (or suspect) on your vehicle even though they were fine when they arrived. We had problems with this service center in the past and reluctantly decided to try them again - it was a huge mistake. The reasons we left before are the same we will never return to them.
