Very happy with both the work and professionalism 9/8/2013

I had several different technicians come to my house. The first diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the garbage disposal but told me I had to get a new faucet. He showed me what was wrong and why it couldn't be fixed. After buying a new faucet, another technician came out to install it. There were some issues with installation where things didn't fit properly and he had to go buy some parts to fix the problem but he was able to get the faucet working beautifully. I am very happy with my new faucet and with the work he did! more

We have used other plumbing companies in the past, but not since we called Preferred several years ago. Now Preferred is our first and only call. Your service associates, both on the phone and on the job, are personable, prompt and professional. Preferred is the only plumbing company I recommend. more

Great response, professional interaction 5/29/2013

3rd time I've (had to) called Preferred Plumbing & all 3 experiences have been very satisfactory. This time it was for a clogged garbage disposal, & tech Bryan was totally professional, very informative & super quick in his completion of the job - also, very clean! Even though they are based a bit far from my residence (so there's a bit of a wait-time), the competence of the service will keep me calling them whenever I have a plumbing problem. more

We're very pleased with Preferred's service. 3/30/2013

We needed plumbing service on a Saturday when our sewer line became clogged. We telephoned two plumbing services, and found Preferred Plumbing & Drain to have a lower hourly price estimate quote. The representative arrived within 30 minutes, and within one hour removed the tree roots which had caused the back up. The drain water from both bathrooms now runs freely. more

Professional from top to bottom 3/29/2013

Ben arrived on time, was friendly, and wanted to see the problem right away. He knows what to bring and how to assess the problem after reasonable contemplation. He was careful and considered his surroundings as he opened up the repairs. Ben appears to really care for people with problems and likes to resolve issues to their satisfaction and derived pride in workmanship. I would recommend him to my family. Marlin more

What I thought of your work 3/15/2013

I was very pleased with the person who I talked to on the telephone arranging the appointment. The tech arrived earlier than expected and was done with the work before I arrived back home that morning. He was very nice and explained that there was no over time, and that their were several shifts through out a 24 hour period. more

Slow start rapid finish! 2/21/2013

A busy day had my initial request for estimate pushed back twice, so spent most of the day waiting, but once the service tech (Todd) arrived he didn't waste any time and was very helpful in arriving at a fair estimate. The work itself went thoroughly and quickly and came in under estimate. I was very happy with the service even after the slow upstart. more

We picked Preferred Plumbing because of their claim that they are usually at your door in 60 minutes or less. The first time we used them the wait was a whopping 8 hours! It was not even a holiday although many wish the day after the Super Bowl was. If they had been honest instead of repeatedly telling me it would be another 30-45 minutes I could have at least left the house for a while. Two weeks later we found ourselves in need of more plumbing work. On a Sunday they were the only ones answering the phone. I had a coupon and they did do good work so I decided to give them a second chance. Even though I made an appointment this time they couldn't get to me until 4 hours late. Their plumbers did a really good job and the folks on the phone are really nice but apparently the plumbers have better things to do than report for their shift. Aren't there a lit of unemployed plumbers out there??? more

Awesome Job and Fast 1/31/2013

Francisco called ahead and told me he was coming and that was good since i had overflowing clean out for several days. I had called 3-4 other companies and they all wanted more money for saturday . Preferred Plumbing didn't. When Francisco showed up, he was friendly confident and told me he would have this done shortly. It's good to have somebody with experience who knows what they are doing. He was done within the first hour and still had time for a inspection and other questions that i had for him. I highly recommend this guy from Preferred Plumbing. more
