It was late--just before a major holiday. I went to the yellow pages and closed my eyes and pointed. Luck was with me. The service person arrived quickly and was VERY professional and pleasant. I received a follow-up card in the mail. This really impressed me. I will use Prefered Plumbing and Drain again. more

Took a while to get someone to my house, but work was done well. 12/5/2012

It took longer than I thought to get someone to my house, and I had to call back the second day when no one from the company called me back. Otherwise, the plumber did his job well, even though he had to get a part for our old toilet. I know it was a busy time for them. more

Our water pipe next to the water heater sprang a leak making it difficult to know the problem. Was it the water heater or was it something else. Within little time, the plumber found and fixed the problem. more
