Why you hire and not do it yourself 5/18/2016

Quick response to an owner's failed attempt to do a plumbing repair. Corrected leaking issues in a professional manner. Up front estimate which was far lower than others and top quality service. short notice sewer plugged 5/16/2016

Clevland was very good and the job went well and the responce time was really good. Because of the drought we don't use the water like we use to so the lines plug. We had it cleaned about one yr ago. Star rating is missing a value level. I had to drive a really hard bargain to get the price I felt was appropiate. When I had it cleaned a yr ago last June the company charged $95 they did a camera inspection and guarenteed the job for 6 months. Perferred did not doing anyof these things but still a great job. more

Preferred Plumbing if my preference!! 5/9/2016

Wow is all I can say! This company truly came to my rescue and on Mother's Day when my water heater went out. I filled out an online request and within less than an hour they were at my door. Stephen 5 was extremely professional and explained everything every step of the way. He didn't leave a mess like some ithers have done in the past. He also noticed a leaking faucet in my front yard and was able to quickly fix that. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends that need plumbing services. Way to go Preferred Plumbing!! I called Preferred Plumbing to service my mothers home in San Jose. I live in the Sacramento area and could not get down there to help her. They were fast, friendly, and really took care of my mother who is elderly. They were great more

Fast and reasonable. Problem resolved! 10/5/2015

Fast, same day service. Worker was professional and he solved my problem. Their website has coupons. The prices are a little bit higher than some others, but is well worth it. I called 2 other companies before I called Preferred. The first put me off for a week and a half. They advertised 24/7 days availability. I fired them. The next was a smaller, low overhead company. They kept calling assuring me they were coming. They just stopped calling after 3 days. Ha ha ha. Then I called Preferred Plumbing. Same day service for real!! Highly recommend these guys! Thanks for the help! more

Speedy sevice 7/8/2015

Excellent and speedy service. I called on Tuesday mid-morningand they had someone at my house a few hours later with an estimate and I had them do the job right away. I will be calling them in a few weeks to do our upstairs bathrooms remodel. Great work and THANK YOU!!! more

Justin was called to repair work done 3 days ago by other PP techs. 9/7/2014

Justin explained every step in detail & was courteous and professional. In checking his work, he discovered another slow drain in the Bathroom sink. The other PP techs did not check the bathroom sink when they were here. That would have averted a return call. While there was no charge for the return call, its frustrating when the work was no done completely the first time. more

Do not recommend 6/24/2014

We used this company to change our sink food/disposal. A few hours after the repairs were done, we ran our dish washer and to our great horror, our kitchen had flooded! Our brand new hardwood flood was damaged in the process. They did repair the disposal the second time around, after sending a technician who knew what he was doing. This happened at the beginning of June. At the writing of this review , we are still waiting for them to come and repair our wood! We have to call them every week to follow up on them and non one calls us back. Please, do not give them your money. This a very unprofessional company, at least the people in Sacramento. more

Excellent and Quick Service! 4/30/2014

My water heater went out and after the gas company was at my house for all of 5 minutes I called Preferred Plumbing & Drain as their ad in the phone book said they could be at my house in 60 minutes or less. The two service techs were at my house in approximately 30 minutes! The techs, Brian and Jason, had to go and get the part but were back in about an hour. In 1 hour they had my water heater fixed and the pilot light lit. They were very professional but also really nice. The really nice thing about the company is that they offer online coupons so I was about to save $20. If I have to fix the water heater again I am definitely calling them again. more

Nobody likes to have plumbing issues... but working with Preferred Plumbing (Gordon specifically) made our issues a little more bearable. Gordon worked with us to figure out what the exact problem was and did a great job! He was very professional and knowledgeable! We would definitely call again with any issues. more
