Precision Auto Service Honda, Acura, Toyota, Subaru

*** MUST READ *** I called Precision Inc Honda & Acura Automobile Service to find out how much it will cost to get a check up on my van that has a engine check light on, and the front desk person said that its about $106. and that if I have them fix it during the check up, that the parts and labor will go towards the cost of the repair. I then ask him what;s the difference if I go to the dealership and he explained that he would sale me lots of money So I decided to drop off my van the next day and about he called me later to till me that its the map sensor is broken and needs to be replace and that will cost $88.92. I then just told him to get that fixed and when I went to pick up my van, I noticed that the repair came out to over $210. I complained and the person at the front desk explained to me that everyone has to get paid. So for those who are thinking of coming here, I found out that I could of went to to dealership and had it done for cheaper. !!!!!!WORNING BIG RIP OFF!!!!! more

Excellent customer service.If they tell you 1 - 2 hrs that's what they mean. If you need some work done down the road Precision does not say you need it now! You can come in on next visit and do it then. That is very considerate of them. Sometimes they don't even charge you for just a small item. Not too many shops do that. This is my 7th Honda and would not change to another dealer/or car because of their great service more

They are best shop and people in Tucson. They are very professional, experienced and Friendly. They are not going to charge you for unnecessary maintenace. You car is serviced right the first time. That's why I have been their loyal client for 15 years and will not go anywhere else. The Service Advisors, Duncan and John, accommodate you to your schedule. The rest of the Service Technicians 2 Tim's and Jeff and the rest are experts. This dedication and consistency to servicing cars and people can only be admired.
