Service is Killing this Good NY style Pizza Joint 8/31/2005

I've been eating Pizza my Hearts Pizza for years. But no more. I've ordered Pizza for pickup, arrived and they had never mde my pizza. I've ordered pizza and was given the wrong pizza. And I've ordered food for delivery and guess what, an hour and a half later, I call back, and they forgot the pizza. This has happened at multiple locations. They need to stop hiring so many High School students. The service has convinced me not to return. Oh yeah...if you order a whole pizza, expect it to have far less toppings on it versus getting a single slice. Pros: Slices, Value of Salads, NYC stye Cons: Service, Service, Price of toppings more

The pizza is too salty when ordered with pepperoni. Tip: Always ask for extra sauce. Good place to go for a slice; to-go only takes 10 minutes; delivery not recommended (45 min wait). It's much faster to get it yourself. Pros: Inepensive, Delivery more

Pizza My Heart Captures YOUR Heart; when its fresh. Hot out of the oven nice & crispy. When its not like that, it could be a bit plain. Grab a Slice from Capitola location and enjoy on a bench over looking the Monterey bay. They have been an institution in Santa Cruz area for a long time. Great mushroom pizza! Pros: Outstanding pizza more

Great sauce but to salty 7/24/2003

I have been looking for a good pizza with a good sauce, a hard thing to do in San Jose. With my first bite of this pizza I thought finally a great tasting sauce and good toppings. I used to eat Pizza My Heart before it came to San Jose when it was only 2 shops in Santa Cruz County. It was the only pizza my friends and I would take on the beach in Capitola. Not to mention eating a slice Downtown. Yummy!!!!! I will never forget that Pizza ever........ more

This place has great pizza, and a very good choices available. It can get a bit pricey, but it's well worth the cost, if you're a pizza junkie. more
