Great Service Department! 10/13/2010

All the old reviews must be at there old location. This place is great. Needed an oil change, I called and made an appointment. I waited for my car there and this place is great. Huge dealership with a great service department. Drove up and someone was waiting for me. Free WiFi is awesome. Great customer lounge with free water, etc. TV's everywhere. Waiting for your car is never fun but they try to make it as nice as possible. I drive a Toyota Corolla but this place made me feel like I drove a Lexus or Mercedes. Great place and I'll be back. Very close to my job as well. more

Car Buying Virgin Very Happy With Experience 8/4/2010

My 98 Camry finally blew up. 300K+ miles and tranny is gone. This was my first car purchase. I did the research and knew I wanted a new Camry. Went online to get some prices. KZ contacted me from Piercey, was very nice, didn't pressure me, gave me a great price and they had the car in stock. Their new dealership is amazing. Its almost like a nice lounge or something. Anyway went in. They couldn't give me a ton of money for my trade which I understood. Whole process took about two hours. Sales Manager were very nice as well. I'd never bought a car from a dealer before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I certainly didn't expect to be treated so well and was happily surprised. In this economy I know people are watching their money, so if in the market for a Toyota in the San Jose area, check these guys out. I think you will be very pleased. A very modern environment and a modern way of doing business. more

WORST DEALER - EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL 3/2/2010

I should have read the reviews of this dealer before I went shopping for Toyota. Piercey Toyota's customer service is absolutely the worst I have experienced and this is not an issue with just 1 specific person/manager but their entire staff is ill-mannered and disrespectful to their customers. I was shocked by their behavior and rudeness and just decided to walk off after getting insulted twice in a week. The first experience I gave them benefit of doubt thinking maybe the sales person is too much under stress due to the recall, etc. but the following week-end I met with 2 other jack asses and same bahavior. I would NOT recommend anyone going to this dealer. On the other hand, my experience with the South Bay Honda (just adjacent) was absolutely amazing and I ended up buying Honda Odyssey last week. more

I had a bad experience when I checked a Scion tC in this store....The sales man was rude enough to say that he does'nt need customers who do not believe them (this was because I was not sure about Scion's pure pricing concept to begin with)....Obviously, I did not buy my tC here!.... more

Worst Service Beware Culture of Dishonesty in Service, cant say about in Sales 11/17/2007

I can only assume that the better reviews are about either their car sales department which I had no experience of or they are posted by people who are affiliated with Piercey Toyota.\r \r My honest experience was that they were truly one of the worst repair shops I have ever doen business with.\r \r 1) The dispatcher didnt tell me they had moved, so I was overcharged for towing, towing cost me $400\r 2) The estimate cost was lower than what they charged me\r 3) They didnt fix the problem charged me anyway\r 4) they lied about when it would be done\r 5) I came out to their location only to find they had lied about being done\r \r the only thing that gives them even one star is that the mechanic who did intake drove me home after the shuttle stopped running. He apologized and said that the management lied to him about working sundays and he felt like looking for another job also. \r \r Pretty amazing. I'd hate to work for a boss who lied to me like that, and if there's a culture of dishonesty (I experienced it via the estimate of cost, when it would complete, the fact that it wasnt done when they said, and throughout my experience).\r \r Pros: Shiny large impressive looking facility Cons: Will lie, overcharge and mess you around like nobody's business more
