Where animals come first? I think not!! 3/16/2010

The animals die after you bring them home and the management is not concerned at all. \r They do not give you a care sheet when you buy a pet. \r They also don't mention that if your pet takes ill within 15 days you can take it to your vet and they will pay the bill. (unfortunately I found out too late for my little hamster) \r There are common illnesses that many of the small pets get when coming home from a pet store that they are well aware of but do not bother to tell the customers. \r The manager acts annoyed if you try to go to him with a concern, or bring your dying pet in 7 days after you bought it as his employee told you on the phone to do, as they would care for it.\r You definitely don't get the feeling "animals come first" in this store. Customers aren't too important either. \r Please don't buy live pets from petstores, especially this one. Disappointed 12/21/2006

This store location is very disappointing for a diehard parent of a dog-child. Variety of supplies leaves little to be desired. I had my dog groomed there and the cut was terrible. The store smells like stinky animals and the staff could do better. I take all my business to PetSmart instead or order online from Drs. Foster & Smith. more
