Perry got out of the Military in the 1980’s. In 1990, after years of hard work, and learning the trade, he founded Perry’s Plumbing and Heating, Inc. Perry is a one man jobbing specialist who takes pride in doing the job correctly the first time. If you have any questions, feel free to ask him anything you are curious about. He will do his best to make you understand why he is doing something a certain way. Remember, there are no stupid questions, it’s only the answers that can be questionable as to whether they are improper. Unlike most of his competition, when you make an appointment with Perry, he will give you a two hour window (as in this business an exact time cannot be given) If the window is between 9:00 and 11:00 AM and he sees he is stuck on the previous job, and it’s already 10:30, he’ll call you and let you know he’s running a little late, and will be there within the hour. You don’t find this reliability anywhere today. When a customer calls for a plumbing problem for whatever reason it happens to be, they usually are much happier talking to the owner/worker, than they are when they get a service, or a secretary (who really doesn’t know anything about the business) Perry had an answering service for many years, but he found this was a very impersonal way of doing business, and it reflected through his customer’s comments. The only thing Perry does ask, when you do call, and get his Voice Mail (if he can’t pick up because he is on a job, or it’s after hours) Please always leave a message. State your name. Describe the problem you are having. Inform him whether it’s an Emergency, or something that can be scheduled for a certain date. Also specify the best time he can call you back. People frequently say, “I don’t like talking to Answering Machines/Voice Mails” but in this case you will always get a call back. Perry is very reliable. Just don’t forget to leave your phone number (with the area code first). Perry provides 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency service. Call if you have any questions.
