Out of three flat repairs two had to be redone and on the last one I had to put my own spare back under the car and take the tire back off to mount the hub cap that I even showed...

Out of three flat repairs two had to be redone and on the last one I had to put my own spare back under the car and take the tire back off to mount the hub cap that I even showed to the service manager. They also make me wait an hour after requiring me to go home and make an appointment the next day. Go to the one on Katella, much beter service. more

Bad expereince - not what I expected from Pep Boys 11/9/2007

The "Service Engine" light came on in my 04 Xterra. I took it to Pep Boys because of their reputation of good service. The result was not what I expected. They wasted a day troubleshooting my car because they originally thought it was a Pathfinder. Then they ordered the wrong parts and had to reorder the right ones. On top of that, each time they corrected their error, it seemed that my cost to fix the car went up!!! It took 4 days and almost $1000 to change a failed NOX sensor. I will not go there again. I do not have confidence in the people at that location. more
