Dr. Ellis is the best!!! His staff is #1. His colleagues are true team players. Okay, I will tell you why I know they are the best - from the moment my son was born Dr. Ellis was there. My son was born premature, undeveloped and suffering with respiratory problems as well as many others. He made me feel as though my son was his only patient and his top priority. He was very personable - he remembered my sons name without viewing his notes. His office is located in the same hospital as where I delieverd my son. I have not had to go outside the hospital for test or xrays for my son. Everything is handled right there. He listens to me!! He talks to me matter of fact. My son adores him and his staff. Dr. Ellis' nurse Debbie is the greatest. She returns all my calls and makes me feel I can call anytime with anything. There are no dumb questions when it comes to the care of my son. They are opened on Saturdays. That alone speaks to Dr. Ellis' dedication. I hate to name some names and not others but all of the office staff are dear to me. No Tasha I have not forgotten you (I just pray I am typing your name correctly). Tasha answers the phones, directs calls and reassures nervous and concern parents everyday. Tasha does a whole lot of other stuff too - but takes time to say a special hello to my son Nicholas. I could go on and on. Dr. Ellis really knows his stuff when it comes to premature babies. I love him and his staff. Oh, Dr. Betts thanks alot too - all the doctors at Pediatric Consulants are head of their class. To all the ladies behind the desks thanks alot. Forgive me for not knowing all your names but Nicholas and I thank you.
Pros: Great ambience, large covered parking lot with covered walkway, # 1 Service
Cons: I can not take the doctor or staff home.
