We are newcomers to this area and without prior knowledge of the area businesses and their reputation we were very thorough with making our selection. Dale Deal did an awesome job inspecting our home and explaining the calculations he had determined was needed for us. He gave us options and different packages to choose the system that would fit our budget. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. The installation crew was exceptional. John and the crew were knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Everything was done as outlined in our contract that not only met our expectations the service provided exceeded them. I would like to specifically address that this is the first time my home was left in the same or better condition than before the work began. We are very happy we chose Peach State! AC went out on Tuesday night so I called to get service the next morning. They arrived on time and told me that I needed a new system. They came back the same day with great service and replaced the system and helped me out with financing. Wonderful people with prompt service! more

I called at 8:00 am on Monday morning. By late morning, Javier was at our house. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. In case somebody is concerned that a Hispanic name means problems communicating, not to worry. After some investigation, he figured out the problem and fixed it. He explained everything to us. more
