Yours in health, Dr. Larry Payne Dr. Bryan Payne Education Dr. Bryan Payne graduated a Cum Laude in March 1999 from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. During school Bryan was a member of SACA sports council and served as Athletic Director. Experience Dr. Bryan Payne has been in practice with River Oaks Chiropractic since 1999. Prior to his graduation, he worked with health insurance companies and with the various corporations with their health fairs and ergonomics. Education Dr. Larry Payne graduated Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic ? West in 1990. Experience Dr. Larry Payne has been in practice since 1990. He moved his practice from Campbell in 1995 and began "River Oaks Chiropractic". His practice focuses on dealing with the stressors and repetitive traumas that occur while working behind a workstation with the demands that are placed on employees in the Silicon Valley. He is an independent contractor for various companies within the Valley. His largest client is the City of San Jose in which the focus is in reducing injuries in the workplace,primarily in the Fire and Police Department.
