Went there on a Sunday. Line to be seated was out the door, but we were seated within 20 minutes. Proceeded to wait to be served. And wait. And wait. It looked as though servers were expected to cover the next table seated, even if it was across the room, rather than being assigned an area. Finally, someone came around with coffee, but he wasn't our server. Two and a half coffees later, the person filling our coffee (which was Boyd's, BTW) took our order without writing it down like we saw all the other servers doing. A minute later, our actual server hastily arrived, saying, ""He doesn't know what he's doing, I need your order again.""
Food was good - the Gyro scramble was tasty, and my berries and pancakes with Devonshire cream didn't need butter or syrup to sweeten it any further.
