Moved back into town from Los Angeles and shopped around for nice outdoor furniture and a fire pit. No one had the quality like the Patio Shoppe had. Very knowledgeable staff and feels good to buy from a long time family owned and operated store. Gave me good tips on how to care for my furniture too! Don't bother with the cheap stuff...these products are going to look good for years! more

Great Experience-Recommend to ALL !! My husband and I went EVERYWHERE and decided to purchase from the Patio Shoppe. They had just about everything you could think of. The salesperson I worked with wasn't part of the family but she acted as if she was-- she gave me excellent service and knew the product very well. My furniture was delivered when promised and looks awesome on our patio! Everyone that comes over compliments us! more

It seemed like everyone on my street purchased their patio furniture from here so I had to check it out. I'm glad we did. They definitley had the largest selection out of all the stores I went to and the nicest sales people. I ended up spending a little more then I expected but it's obvious that it's going to last me a long time so I didn't mind. You can tell that it's a family run store by the way you are treated. Must shop here! more

Excellent Service From Start to Finish ! 10/1/2012

Excellent service from start to finish! The salesperson was extremley helpful both times I was in there. I was referred by many family/friends and they were right. This is the best patio furniture store around by far (I shopped just about everywhere). Huge selection in all different price ranges. They were out of stock on the table size I wanted so they lent me one until mine came in because I was having a party the follwing weekend and needed furniture ASAP. I would recommend them to all ! more

I can see why they were voted #1. Our shopping/purchasing experience was enjoyable. We were referred by our parents who purchased from the Patio Shoppe 12 years ago and their patio furniture looks just as good as the day they got it. The staff was very accomedating. The table we wanted to purchase was out of stock so they lent us one until ours came in. I highly recommend this store !! PS- I noticed a below ""tip"" saying that the BBB gave them an ""F"" but I looked it up and its an ""A"" !?! more

I asked my designer where to go and she sent me here. I wanted good quality and I found the store had alot to offer. it's a big store,I would definately recommend. I went to a couple other stores but they didn't want to help, and they didn't have the same kind of selection more

Beautiful showroom-Great Staff and experience 9/28/2012

My friend always has bragged about this store and she finally brought me with her a few days ago. She was totally right. I couldn't believe how big the showroom was and how many choices you have. The salesman that met us actually remembered her and bought us over to the new tables, lounges, and fire pits. Her backyard area looks great now with the patio items she purchased there before, but with her new fire pit it will look amazing. I've already told them I will be back with my family this weekend. more

Worst service EVER!! The products are very poorly made from China and broke down immediately. They refused to fix anything and I have heard so many similar stories about this place. DO NOT get your furniture there if you are looking for long lasting, quality furniture and good service. i rate this place an F! The BBB rated it a D so I should have known!! more

Worst Service EVER 4/19/2012

Had to fight to get my money back becuase they tried to scam me and I finally did. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS. They are also rated a "D" by the Bettter Business Bureau (BBB)!!!!!! more

My husband and I shopped at many places- It's obvious that this is a family run business. The staff was great from start to finish. We ended up spending a little more then we expected but it's obvious that the quality we purchased was well worth the $$. I sent my mom and sister in, and they had an equally pleasing expierience!! more

the owner is slime 12/29/2007

i bought a hammock and stand recently for over 300$. The display model had a pillow with it and when i got it home, there was no pillow. A call to the management game a lame explanation it was for display purposes etc.. I consider this very slimy and would never do business here again. more

Best on a weekday 7/25/2005

If you are searching for a new patio set, you will most definitely find one here. There are tons of sets in many different price ranges, from the inexpensive to the expensive. Everything here is beautiful. I recommend that you go during the week, as it gets really busy on the weekend. The salespeople are very helpful, and don't pressure you. more
