I Finally got out!! \r \r Here is a recent story about the park. Two people have been charged after a search of a Blaine mobile home on Thursday turned up 3.4 pounds of meth, six guns and more than $134,500.\r \r Jeremy Bisceglia, 48 and Jordon Marie Cihak, 22, were charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance after narcotics officers from several north-metro law enforcement agencies searched the residence at 113 116th Av. NE.\r \r The drug seizure “would be considered large,” said Lt. Bryon Fuerst with the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office. “Approximately 3.4 pounds of methamphetamine is a fairly significant seizure.”\r \r Officers approached the residence about 12:45 a.m., ramming the door open to get inside, where they found Cihak.\r \r In the walk-in closet of one bedroom, two large safes contained two rifles, four handguns and cash. Most of the meth was found in the laundry room in plastic baggies inside a tube sock inside the water softener.\r \r An officer waited outside for Bisceglia, who was known to ride a motorcycle. When one approached the residence, the officer chased, stopped and arrested the man.\r \r “The collaborative law enforcement efforts in this case have successfully attacked criminal activity,” said Anoka County Sheriff James Stuart. “I am proud of the team effort put forth to improve our communities.”\r \r Stay away from this park. WELL READING THIS REVIEWS I AGREE AN DISAGREE ON A LOT , I HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 16 YEARS NOW AN ITS HOME TO ME , I GREW UP THERE AN NOW IM 20 , ITS REALLY NOT BAD WHAT ALL THESE PEOPLE SAY , YEAH ITS NOT PERFECT BUT FROM THE 16 YEARS I HAVE LIVED THERE MY HOUSE OR NONE OF THE CARS THERE HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO . YES THIS WATER SHUT OFF SUCKS , WELL I SHARE THE DRIVE WAY OFF 5TH ST WHERE THEY DUG THE BIG HOLE , I HAVE HAD WATER LEAKING IN MY DRIVE FOR OVER A MONTH NOW , FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS ITS BEEN LOUDER THAN CAN BE BECAUSE THERE TRYING TO FIX IT , THEY HAVE ALL THERE BIG TRUCKS AN MANY PEOPLE PARKED OUT SIDE MY HOUSE DAILY TRYING TO GET IT FIXED , THAN PEOPLE DECIDED TO SHOW UP AT THE SITE WHICH LET ME REMIND YOU IS IN MY DRIVEWAY AT 1230 LAST WITH THE MAYOR TO BITCH ABOUT IT , YEAH THE WATER SHUT OFF SUCKS BUT REALLY IT COULD BE WORSE AN FOR ME IT IS WORSE BUT IM NOT SITTING HERE BITCHING AN DOWNING THE PARK BECAUSE STUFF DOES GO WRONG .. They flooded 3 home with a water leak that was allowed to leak for almost a month. It seems like they have fixed it this time but that is what they thought a few weeks ago when they tried before. The city and county have taken notice to the eye sore that is Park Of Four Seasons. So far the only thing the park has done to fix the bad reviews is request that their google place page be removed. more

I have lived in this park for 2 going on 3 years with my brother and father. We chose the wrong park to live in. We used to live an a apartment and wanted to get away from that and jumped the gun a little bit getting into this park. Since we've lived here there has been 4 different managers of the park all who have done nothing. It seems when they get complaints from residents they do nothing. Or if they attempt to do somthing they are all of a sudden fired possibly by the owner im guessing because he doesnt want to spend money. They advertise in thier office: Enjoy the fabulous amenities at Four Seasons like a Heated Pool which is not open half the time and if it is teens destroy it then they close it down, Basket Ball Court which is falling apart and cracked and has weeds growing out of the ground and the fences are falling apart, Tennis Court which is ten times worse then the basket ball court, Play ground which is also falling apart and has dog crap all over in it, Club House which doesnt exist, Resident Activites which consists of nothing anymore they use to have movies in the park office thats about it. Big lot space which is partlty true but then there are residents who don't care and park in empty lots ad throw thier trash in empty lots and managment does nothing about it. They dont notifie residents of anything. The park rules state that there are no pitbulls or other certain animals allowed in the park and only one animal per household yet people here have more than1 and pitbulls everywhere. Some people dont clean up there yards and it looks like a junk yard and managment does nothing. People let thier dogs and cats run loose in the park and management does nothing. Teens vandalizing and selling drugs and management does nothing. Pot holes all over the place and i've gotten a flat tire and management does nothing. People dont cut thier grass in the summer so it looks like crap and people dont shovel in the winter and of course management does nothing. People parking boats and trailers in thier lawn or emply lots and management does nothing. They keep rasing rent every year and for what if im going to pay more i expect thigs to be done here. I' am taking action now and doing whatever it takes to get things to change around here. I' am trying to start a resident associtation but management is trying to stop me. I've posted notices in the office and had permission from the post office to put notices on the mail boxes yet management tore everything down i'am still not going to quit untill somthing changes i hope any resident that reads this takes action also. Because if i ever want to sell my home i cant cause anyone who drives through here would turn around and never consider buying a home here the way it looks. more

Are you kidding me? No drugs? Apparently you need to do your research. The Blaine PD has undercover task force and decoy people working this park because IT IS GOING ON HERE, The city council, OSHA, the MN Health Department, Department of Public Works and several others are now fining the park, the current water break has evacuated more than 600,000,000 million gallons of water and that's just from this one active water break, not to mention the other two breaks that aren't even fixed yet. 25.5 hours without water is against the law, What if your house would have caught fire? With no water it would have burned to the ground. The violations of this park have caught the attention of the media, the Attorney Generals office and several other higher up legal annals. You will be getting notification from APAC about an upcoming meeting regarding the new association being formed and I strongly suggest you attend to become aware of all the infractions being brought by the Park. We want all of the parks residents to be aware of the real problems that exist here. Did you know the creek that runs through the park has tested positive for e coli? That's right, that's just the tip of the ice burg. more

I live in this park and for the last year and a half nothing good has happened. more

The people here really care about families and children. It is a quiet and safe place to live - I'm sure many neighborhoods couldn't say that - but here we can. The management has made many improvements with the upkeep. I've looked at other places and was glad to come home here. more

The lot is extreme and it wouldnt be so unjust if they actually kept up with repairs and etc. Supposedly there is a tennis court and basketball court but all I see is cracked tar with weeds, broken fencing that could hurt someone, glass everywhere and no tennis nets. You can only use the pool 3 days during the week ( if the office decides to be open) and on Saturdays from 10-2 and then they now close it from the end of Aug till May for winter? There is a sauna but its only worked 2 weeks since 1999. There is never anyone in the office, the storm shelters leak so while your stuck in there during bad weather plan on getting soaked! And Yes management is always changing and here it goes once again. Now there may be a few Pros, you get a large yard and driveway. more

Do yourself a favor and keep looking for that home you want. Park of Four Seasons is not it! High lot rent , grounds that are not maintained and management that seems to change every other month all having their own set of rules to enforce makes this a park to avoid.
