On The Spot Drycleaning

The owner, I believe his name was Bernie or Ernie, I don't remember but what I do remember was what he said to me when I came to pickup some clothes that I had dropped off. The clothes came back with stains that weren't on them when I dropped them off, I even saw a rip in one of the sleeves. The owner told me that the rip was not his fault, and then decided to bring up something about a past balance on my account. I couldn't believe the customer service I had received, from the owner himself! Bad service, bad quality, bad business. more

Even though this dry cleaner is a 20 minute drive from my house, it's worth the trip. The service is friendly and always ready to help whether it's bringing the clothes to my car or telling me about coupon offers online. Pros: friendly, want to make you happy Cons: not in my backyard more

I went and took two shirts to have cleaned and pressed. When I picked them up one shirt had a rip in it with burn marks. The other shirt the collar was ruined and there was a hard white substance in several areas of the shirt. I waited until the next day and spoke with the owner Bernie. He said that nothing came from him and he was not going to take any responsibility or accountability for his shop ruining two of my shirts. He further started to insult me and just started trying to place blame on me! Bottom line don't go there because he will ruin your clothes and tell you its not his fault and you will be out money and clothes. Terrible way to do business. Unbelievable!!!!!! Pros: NONE!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: RUIN your clothes and dont take responsibility more
