On The Level was born from the idea that there needed to be a change in the construction industry, especially in customer service. Our owner, while he was an installer, found a gap in communication, information, and service from the labor side of the industry to the customer. Too often the store selling the product did not bridge the gap between the consumer and the actual installer who is going to be in their home performing their install. We try to bring new technologies and proper training to everything we do to best suit our customers needs.
