Ocean Spray Hot Tubs and Saunas

Went out one day to just', ""get some ideas"" on Hot Tubs. We had planned on visiting several stores and looking at several different types. Our first stop was Ocean Spray Pools and Spas. After spending 45 minutes in the store with our salesman Sonny, we walked out having purchased a 7 person, top notch, ozone system, 2007 left over model and haven't looked back or second guessed it since. We could not be happier. Sonny explained all the options in great detail answering our numerous questions and concerns. \r \r Prior to delivery, and even after the installation, the follow up by all parties involved from Ocean Spray was fantastic. We have not only recommended the Hot Springs tub to many of our friends, but also the staff at Ocean Spray. We would never go anywhere else, and neither should you! Thanks guys. In April 2009 we purchased a Soverign Hot Spring hot tub. This was a replacement for a 7 year old hot tub we were unhappy with. The new Hot Spring is an excellent hot tub with the advantage of dual filter system and an ozone system which makes the maintenance effortless. For anyone with back problems the Moto-Massage, which is an exclusive to Hot Spring, is excellent therapy. \r \r The sales staff in Farmingdale, specifically Sonny Acevedo, were very knowledgeable and returned calls in a timely fashion before and especially after we purchased the hot tub. The installation crew was on time and took care not to disturb my yard while installing. We shopped all of the pool & spa dealers in the area around and found Ocean Spray to be the best. The Hot Spring Spa product has lived up to the rave reviews, the most features, the most powerful jets and money saving features among the 15 or so brands that we looked at. Highly recommend the Farmingdale Ocean Spray store as well... Very knowledgable and friendly staff! Pros: Test Soaks, Centrally located, Excellent Service Cons: Set back store front more
