This place was my worst tech support experience EVER. They screwed up my laptop twice and broke all kinds of procedures and regulations, including forging my own handwriting where I should have written the problem description on the repair orders! Stay away from this place!!! Pros: nothing Cons: broke my computer, did unauthorized service to it, forged my handwriting, then refused to fix it more
