I operate my own therapy/counseling service and it was certainly thriving. Once I realized just how fast my practice was developing I decided I required a complex and sophisticated database to properly track my therapy billing, all of my business documents, and patient records. I also wanted a database that would eventually track employees as I planned to expand the business and grow even more in the future months and years. Northwest Computer Support deserves serious kudos when it comes to IT staffing. I have a pretty small Seattle-based company but it takes major hours to keep it flowing and successful. I had some pretty high demands in mind when I decided to take on a couple of IT support professionals. Stay away from this place!!! Pros: nothing Cons: broke my computer, did unauthorized service to it, forged my handwriting, then refused to fix it more
