This Regina lady seems to have written her review on an off-day, accidents can happen and 30 minutes is not even that bad.
Nino's has a long history, of somewhat mixed rapport, but I can vouch for their current pizza-making practices, at least. Their tomato-sauce is divine, with an excellent balance of spices--yes, real spices. Their toppings are fresh--their Chicken is actual chicken, sliced and shredded onto the pizza and still juicy! Not a mean feat for a $15 pizza.
I would, however, dissuade anyone from ordering larger pizzas here--after the 14"er, it seems like you just get more dough and cheese--the sauce, that quintessential pizza ingredient that makes or breaks a meal, tends to get thin on bigger pies.
