I went there for the first time today, such a great and beautiful office and the most important thing that amazed me among many other things was that the nurses are honest and professional, she told me which areas of my body is good for laser and which areas not. more

GOOD PRICES!! They have monthly deals which are still pretty good since regular price is pretty cheap anyways. I reccommend using SAMANTHA! She is very nice & thorough. I have gotten my legs, bikini & underarms and my hair is gone!! It's unbelievable!!! O___O! It's great! They are very helpful. You are in & out quicker than I can write this post for them!! I'm serious! It is not painful at all, but they also have numbing cream if you need it. If you would like to tip, you should bring cash. =D more

I wish my iphone gave me the option to write reviews that way I wouldnt have to wait til I was home or at work to write this review. This place was fab.. ya they made me wait a whole while to go in.. I didnt wait as long during my consultation.. the results were fab!!! My lips never looked so gorgeous. Sudi did an amazing job. I am so excited to flaunt my lips and go in for a follow up to get them even plumper. I am very pleased. The wait didnt bug me as much because they were very apologetic about it.. and it really isnt their fault.. some patients are naggier than others... more

I have to totally disagree with the negative comments regarding the receptionist. These young ladies are very busy and they get the job done. I was asked more than once had I been serviced while I was there. I went for the micro-dermabrasion, very patient and she was extremely helpful. I have recommended this place to all my friends for laser removal BEST EVER!!! more

I tell EVERYONE about this place. You won't find cheaper laser hair removal prices anywhere. After only 3 treatments I have almost no hair...down there. They have a really good laser..very painless compared to other lasers I've tried, better results too. I usually see nurse ethel, but armina is good too. Front staff is friendly to your face, over the phone when i make appointments they can be rude, but i think it just depends on the girl cause i've spoken with some really nice receptionists too. Would give 5 stars if location and parking were more convenient. more

Went there today for my first time... Everyone was nice, everything went as planned. In & out pretty fast, but then again i didnt ask many questions.You cant beat the price plus they use the same high tech lasers as other places that charge thousands. Just sayin. :) more

So i was there a couple weeks ago. I have got to say that it hurt alot for me, but that's probably because i have low tolerance to pain. But it helped me alot! I did my underarms and upper lip and now there is no hair. It's pretty affective even though it's my first time at this laser clinic. I used to go to another laser place and they used this sort of gel substance, and i didn't like that very much. I'm pretty satisfied with the treatment i got with New Look Skin Center, and i'm definitely going to go back. more

I have been to a variety of laser places over the last 6 years and have never continued with it due to the high cost & pain involved. Finally I heard about NLSC through my friend. It's one of LA's best kept beauty secrets. Seriously. If you are serious about hair removal & don't have the money to pay $100+ per treatment, then this is definitely the place for you. more

I have been in so many laser places, but wow I've been amazed with New Look skin center. The Nurse was very, very professional, answered all my questions, did the laser and Botox really detailed and gave me instructions for after care which none of the doctors/dermatologists!!!!!! never did before. I am really glad that I found this center. I wish I had found it sooner, before I spent thousands of dollars in other laser places. more

My girlfriends recommended this place to me and I am so thankful! I hated shaving and waxing and was excited to try laser permanent hair removal... I was so afraid of the pain at first, but after my first treatment, I realized it wasn't nearly as bad as i expected it to be! They have a great laser technicians ( i recommend Ethel) who are very informative and gentle.
