Thanks Ray for an excellent hair cut!

Worst

I was in for a simple haircut with a new male stylist and I was almost embarassed at the conversations from the other stylists. It was highly inappropriate.

I always have a pleasant experience at Natural Concepts. Marie is talented and experienced. she has great ideas for hair style and knows how to adapt them to me! Although I see marie, all staff are polite there. I am in a wheelchair/walker and they always are waiting for me at the door to let me in! I highly recommend Natural Concepts to everone I talk with! more

I loved the perm that i got! The only problem was some of my ends are straight and not curly like the rest of my hair. more

Awesome Salon 3/19/2011

I had an appointment today for cut & color, my first at Natural Concepts. What a wonderful experience all around! I was welcomed warmly upon checking in and offered Aveda tea or coffee. The atmosphere is professional, yet friendly and relaxed. My stylist was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable and my hair has never looked so shiny & rich. My time at the salon was both relaxing and affordable. I've already scheduled another appointment and look forward to returning in six weeks! more

I was shocked at the review Pfeiffer 90 left . Not only did we not have anyone by that name in our salon, we do not allow any conversations that are inappropriate or dirty. Sure hope she liked her simple haircut !!!!! more
