Richard is the best agent i have ever meet with. He is very helpful and his stuff is just great. They made me feel like part of the family and not a stranger. They tried to help me in every aspect and to the best of there knowledge. I would highly recommend this office and i turned all of my insurance business over to him after our first meeting. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is, paying a higher rate elsewhere is better than being ripped off by this agency! Richard Palmer is the ultimate, sleazy insurance salesman. He will do anything to get you signed up and then nothing to assist you once you are a customer. My car was vandalized on Christmas Eve 2009 and when I contacted Rich to expedite the handling of my claim, which was taking far too long to process, I was told that he couldn?t do anything to assist me. It took over a week of being without a car?my own car being less than a year old?for the claim to be processed and he refused to try to assist me get a rental or faster reimbursement. When I became a customer I received the ?If you ever need anything, call me?? line and he quickly proved that is not the case, he just wants a sign on bonus when attaining a new customer.
