I just want to say that is so refreshing to find a mechanic that isn't out to screw me because i am a woman and don't know much about cars. What I do know is that Mark Gumbrecht is the mechanic that I will be going to from now on. I needed front brakes and it just so happened I had a coupon because I lived in Warren. That is how I found out about the shop and Mark. As I was listening to him on the phone with a customer and although I could only her Mark's side of the conversation, I knew whoever he was talking to was giving him a hard time. He handled that call with great customer service skills and answered everyone of the questions that she asked. It is great to know that everyone is not out for only the money and is still interested in the customer. A customer even brought him a box of chocolate. Thanks Mark for your wonderful service and I hope I don't have to see a mechanic again, but if I do...it will be you. more

Took my 2013 Jetta SE in the other day because I found my d/c accessory power adapter would not supply power. I was promptly helped within just a couple minutes of walking in the door. I explained to Brian my problem and gave him the keys. Within fifteen minutes my keys were returned along with a small yellow fuse. He informed me that my fuse was blown and that he replaced it and everything is now in good working order. As I reached for my wallet to make payment for the service Brian stopped me and told me that it wouldn't be necessary. I was pleasantly surprised. Most auto repair shops try and reach in your wallet any chance they get! My sincere thanks to Brian and the crew at Mr. Muffler! more

Took my car in today for a rattling noise. Brian and John were great. Quickly found the cause of the rattle and didn't try to pawn it off as something expensive to fix. Out family has dealt with them in the past - will definitely deal with them again in the future. more

I just had my car serviced at the Warren location and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Mark and Pat were not only extremely helpful but they treated me like a VIP! They took me back to look at the parts they had replaced and I was shocked to see how clean it was back there! I felt like I was walking into a custom body shop! Very professional location. They finished my car in a matter of hours and explained everything well. I would highly recommend this company not just for their customer service but for their pricing as well. I was very happy and in fact, I'm bringing my second vehicle in at the end of the week. more

I recently took my vehicle in for an oil change at the Hoover-10 Mile location for an oil change. I had a coupon from the Warren Weekly newspaper, but I would have taken it there even without a coupon. I had been to this location in the past and have always admired the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially Mark who has taken care of my vehicles in recent visits. Mark always lets me know if there is something I should take care of, lets me know of any specials, i.e. air filters, wiper blades, etc. that they may be running. I've heard him on the phone talking with other customers and noticed how he always reassures the customer that he will take care of any issues the customer may have, and how he will try to save any parts he can to save the customer money. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Mark, but the coupon is appreciated. more

Being new to the area, I was not sure what my choices were for some custom exhaust work I wanted more information about. I chose to visit Mark and Pat at Mr Muffler in Warren, MI. I was not disappointed. They were straightforward in telling me what their years of experience had taught them about custom work and they gave me valuable information. I'll be going back shortly to have more work done. In the end, they performed a muffler delete on my new '14 GMC Sierra with future promise of doing a complete custom exhaust system. The workmanship was top notch (I inspected it myself), professional and they treated me like family while I was there. I'd highly recommend them for all your needs. Oh, and the truck sounds great too ;-)!!!! more

GREAT SERVICE!! I've know ownership for more than 20 years and have used Mr. Muffler for many of my auto repair needs (for as long as I've had a drivers license) and NEVER have felt cheated or taken advantage of. Their staff is knowledgeable and very courteous. I will continue to use them! more

I had to get my car serviced because something went wrong with my muffler...I spoke to Mark and he thought I may need to replace the muffler...when I arrived they gave me the best service...they did not try to act like something else was wrong...to my surprise they were able to fix my muffler which saved me $100.00...as a woman I have paid for the extra things in the past....I will definitely go back and refer everyone I know...Thanks Mark and your staff for excellent and honest service! more

Had a great experience today at Mr Muffler! They did my brakes in just 2 hours and did a fantastic job. The tech was there and ready to answer any questions I had, which is rare. Also it seemed like all of the workers took pride in their work and cared about the reputation and quality of their shop and work. Would recommend! more

I have been to Mr Muffler twice now for service and I am impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Today I was greeted professionally and the technician did a fantastic job repairing my exhaust system. The store manager Mike was very pleasant to talk with and asked me if the repairs done on my vehicle were done to my satisfaction. He invited me back for future service needs and I will be back. Oh by the way, the cost of the service was reasonable so I cannot ask for anything more. God bless Mr. Muffler. more

Great service, awesome value. I have an older Dakota that needed pretty much an entirely new exhaust system. They looked at it immediately, gave me an estimate, and even gave me a lift home. The work was done in 3 hours or less and believe this!!!!The actual cost was less than the estimate! The guys were so relatable and honest it was really one of the best experiences that I've ever had with vehicle repair of any kind. more

My car broke down 2 doors over from this place (10 mile and Hoover Rd in Warren,MI). Pat came out to give me a rough diagnosis of my car and try n jump it. Turns out needed a new starter and everything. I gladly got it towed 2 doors down to Mr Muffler. I have never had any mechanic leave their shop to help someone who was never even a customer there before! They even helped me out on the labor, got me in and out next day. Car works great now starts like a champ thanks Pat! more
