Wonderful staff!! 2/15/2011

I had a tough time finding an avian vet to take care of my 2 conures, Bubba and JoJo. I found Dr. Joe, and have been so happy with his care. Bubba is special needs, and has some issues with his feet. The care of Dr. Joe and everyone there has helped Bubba regain much of the use of his feet. And, I even think Bubba likes going to the vet. For as long as I am in Connecticut, I will go to Mountain Lore for the care of my pets! more

Great veterinary team! 2/17/2010

Have been bringing our pets to Dr. Joe and his team since they first opened their office and think they are the very best. The team there genuinely loves animals and it comes through in everything that they do. They always take their time to make your pet feel as comfortable as possible and take the time to answer all questions you have. more

Barb and Jim Boucher 1/29/2010

This is the most wonderful animal hospital and group of vets that I have ever used for any of my pets in 35 years. I have a wonderful golden that just started with seizures. They call up and check on her from time to time and are there when ever we call. I wish I Had human Drs that were this wonderful and caring..\r thank you Barb and Jim Boucher more

I wouldn't bring my cats anywhere else! 4/22/2009

I am beyond pleased with Mountain Lore! Dr. Joe and his staff have given my two cats outstanding care. I always feel that they are giving me honest advice, and are never pushing me into services just for the sake of their making money. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Mountain Lore. more

I travel 40 minutes to go to MLAH & it's all worth it! 3/4/2009

The doctors at Mount Lore are amazing. They don't rush your appointment. You can really see that they treat the animals with the same high care and attention they would give their own pets at home. I recently moved and now travel 40 minutes to Mount Lore even though I have 3 vets within 5 minutes of me. They're that worth it. I've seen both "Dr. Joe" Giangarra and Dr. Yu and I feel confident in recommending both. more

Excellent care at an affordable price 8/16/2005

Located in what used to be an older white home, this animal hospital is one that I can recommend. They care about their patients, have a knowledgable staff, and don't overcharge for their services. They have a pleasant waiting room and the facility is relatively clean. I wholeheartedly recommend them! more
