Monarch MedSpa

I have used Botox in the past that was injected by my plastic surgeon. I visited Monarch yesterday b/c the price was almost half of what I would pay @ my surgeons office. The name of the woman/nurse with whom treated me was named Maureen. She was simply amazing! I cannot wait to share w/my girlfriends how gentle she was & how unlike my surgeon, she was quick & almost painless! When she told me that we only had one more injection, I couldn't believe it! Her technique is award winning! Thank you Maureen!!! more

A special shout out to Brandon, who was a true professional the moment I came in contact with him. I also appreciate Maureen and Brandon's brief discussion on their own personal procedures they had done. It made me feel "as if" I was not the only elephant standing in the room. more

Maureen took the time to explain step by step what I was going to encounter with the Botox/Injectable fillers.  She was soft-spoken friendly and paid attention to detail.   It was incredibly evident after I left your facility and looked in the my rear view mirror. I could not believe how precise she was. I was like a kid in a candy store as I was driving home on Route 422 earlier! Hugs & Kisses to Maureen! Sona Medspa is a great place to go if you are interested in laser hair removal. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and their prices are very fair. The actual place is meticulous and always clean. They are always on time (if not early) and the staff members are all very courteous. more

I have been treating with Monarch for a little under a year and have nothing but a pleasant experience in King of Prussia office. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff has been nothing but friendly and welcoming. I started treating with laser hair and was so pleased with the results, I am now doing Smartlipo. Everyone was so nice to me including the Dr's and took there time to answer all of my questions. I've done alot of research on this and found that Monarch's Dr's get the best results and are the most experienced around. I plan on having more treatments in the future with them and now understand why they are the leaders in Philadelphia. Pros: nice environment, great services Cons: no enough locations! more

I have had several procedures done at Monarch Med Spa- Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, Fillers, Chemical Peels and vaser lipo for my abs. All have been very successful and I am looking into more of their surgical procedures such as breast augmentation. The staff is highly trained and the best I've found in the area. They make you feel completely comfortable and will address any questions or concerns you might have. I would recommend this facility to anyone considering cosmetic procedures! Pros: highly skilled, knowlegable, and friendly staff Cons: hard to get appt. and they need a NJ location more

I've gotten lipo done there and it was the worst mistake I have ever made. They overcharged, didnt take out enough fat, then had the audacity to charge me for a touch up. I cry about making the horrible mistake of getting any procedures done from them. The people at the desk are rude. The only time they were nice to me is after I signed papers to have the procedure done. Every time I have gone there, I had to wait at least 30 minutes after my appointment time just to be seen. Bottom line is, the procedure was done poorly and all I have to show is a large bill. Please save your money, your time and your sanity and go somewhere else! more

Wow, we really got 5 star treatment there. I made the appointment for my boyfriend for tattoo removal and the woman I spoke too was so friendly. She explained everything to me, gave me all the available options. Set up a time right away and once we were there, it was clean and everyone was friendly. She was very patient with my boyfriend and I who had a lot of questions, and really went over everything. Got him approved for a pay off plan right there and set up and appointment for him. I was so happy with the overall treatment we received, the knowledge and the interest the staff had in helping us. I am currently going through the laser tattoo removal process, I've only had 1 treatment so far, but am very very pleased. I initially went for a consultation in the Philadelphia location, but was turned off from their horrendous customer service and unprofessionalism. I love everyone at the K of P office! Catherine was amazing during my consultation, professional and real, listened to and answered my questions, and didn't feed me any B.S. I was a ball of nerves at my first appointment, but Laurene and Liz made me so comfortable and they are the only reason I made it through the treatment (you're numb, but it DOES hurt). I feel like I am in excellent hands there, I am very happy with my decision to go there. I have full confidence in the procedure, and most importantly - I trust them!
