Mira Bella Salon

I am new to the area and this salon was close to my house so I thought I would try it out.....wish I would have read the reviews on here first!!!! I agree with all the negative reviews.....sorry but if you actually like your hair after going here you must be blind. The girls working in there didn't even look like they know how to do thier own hair! Glad I wasted money on a butched up hair do.....please take my warning....THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Not sure what's with some of the Negative reviews. I have been getting my hair cut here for years. Everything has always been top notch. I know a lot of happy customers that go there on a regular BASIS. FIVE STARS!! more

Wish I didn't even have to rate this place with one star!!! Staff is RUDE and unprofessional. Managment is even WORSE! I will never recommend this place to anyone and hope this review keeps people from getting thier hair jacked up! more

This place is a joke. I wanted my hair weaved a pretty heavy Honey blonde instead i left with orange hair that feels so brittle it's snapping off!!! i will not be back!!! Pros: got an appointment fast Cons: my hair is dry and snapping off!!! more

Im from California and Im a very very picky person when it comes to my hair. I have gone to another place in Pickerington and it was not what I call a salon more like a hair cut place. I have my favorite girl there that does a great job and I mean great job and I pay less then the ""other Salon"" and the high end places I use to go in California. I have been going to this salon for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is a lot of fun but yet very professional and they really know their stuff. I feel very comfortable letting them advise me on what color would look good on me. I have to say I am a challenge when it comes to how many times I change my mind but they just keep trucking along with me and always keep a smile. I have gone to Mira Bella for years. The only reason I kept going was I really liked Erin, however she is no longer there. I have to express how cold and unfriendly the place is. The owner has never been friendly. I thought maybe she was shy...but if I owned a business I would be welcoming to customers when they walked in the door. She never offered coffee or water, barely an acknowledgement. Maybe if she reads this she will treat the clients as though they are important. I have spent way too much money there for years and still you'd think I was a stranger. Well, I will be from now on as I will not return. No reason to give my hard earned money to a business that does not appreciate me. Even at Penzone and Kenneth's they at least give you a snobbish acknowledgement... I have been going to this salon for many years and have always received pleasant professional service and a great haircut. I have never left without feeling relaxed and beautiful. The stylists really know what they are doing and will go to great lengths to make you feel welcome and special. I would highly recommend this salon over any other (and I have tried them...) salon in the area. Pros: Always gotten exactly what I wanted and looked great! more

One of the ""stylists,"" if that is what you would call her, did a color and highlight on my hair, and I was to wait one week and come back in, and she said she would straighten my hair. After the coloring, and highlight I specifically asked her if the straightening would fry my hair, she assured me that it wouldn't. I came back one week later, and she straightened my hair. As she began to dry my hair, it started to transform into nothing but a big frizz-ball. When I called her the next day to let her know of what she told me, she said, ""I just hope you don't take me to court."" When she was supposedly ""fixing,"" my hair, she continued to charge me for the service! I hope everyone who reads this takes heed, and your hair to another salon. The only service I received from this salon was gossip about the owner, the other stylists, and bad hair! If that's what your looking for then this is your one stop shop.! This salon is expensive !! i spent $130 on just a haircut and partial highlight with foil. The colr is not even close to my scalp and is too chunky. Pros: got in the same day i called....which i see why now Cons: everything about this place more

i would suggest never stepping foot into this salon. It was gross!!!!!!! Dirty and unprofessional. I went to the nail girl and she gave me fungus on 2 nails then told me that it was my fault???????? a few girls there seemed to be full of drama which is exactly what i come into a salon to avoid. This place was so cold and unfriendly. i will never be back here or recommend to a friend....The receptionist of this place was also so rude and unfriendly. After a few years at this salon and a few stylist i deceided to find another salon. The girls here seemed to never get along and constantly bad mouthing each other and the salon owners. I paid A Lot of money here and after a long week at work the last thing i needed was to hear about how horrible of a salon this place is to work at. Unfortunatley i will not be back. This place ruined my daughters hair. She left crying after she got orange and yellow CHUNKY highlights. The girl told my daughter they didn't have the color she wanted?The girl doing her hair told my daughter she had just got her hair license after she started cutting way too much off. (shouldn't we have been told this in the beginning?) We had to take her to another salon to have it fixed by someone who knew what they were doing!!
