I had a bad experience recently with their service departent while trying to get my Malibu I bought there new serviced. I was treated very rudely by one of their service writers, Rick Westra. I have purchased 17 new cars over 28 years and this is the first time I had to fire a car dealership for poor service. I finally got an e-mail apology from service manager Elliott Cox after I flooded general manager Dominic Scrivner's e-mail for 2 weeks. This place is a joke.
