Mixed emotions 1/6/2011

Been there twice, the people are really nice, the service seems fine, but it takes FOOORRRRever! New brakes took all day (quoted 2 hours) and an alignment/oil change special took almost 4 hours (quoted 1.25). Best course of action I am planning to take in the future: drop the car off and return for it in the distant future! more
