I have been a faithful customer for years with my parents needing many medical supplies as well as myself. Have never had a problem with this store until I tried to exchange two recently bought items, that were never used.The back belts were asked to be exchanged because of a comfort factor. I brought them back within a week period. To date I have never had to exchange or ask for a refund from this store. Did not save the box it came because I thought they were the same belts that I had used in the past from that store, however something was wrong or different about my belts since I had bought the similiar product earlier in the year, because these belts did not feel good around my back as the previous ones felt great the beginning. The staff possibly the owner was extremely rude and was put off that I could return or exchange an item or two. You would think they would have some sympathy for disabled since we are the ones that keep them in business!! They do not!! I would never shop there again and just know that if you have an exchange that you will face the same arrogents as I did. I am out $100.00 from this store that was unwilling to exchange the newly bought unused belts.
